Resolusi 2019

Time is free but it is priceless. You can't own it but you can spend it. You can't keep it but yoh can spend it. Once you've lost it, you can't get it back.



2019 will be end in few days. Like the years before, many things happened. The nice one and also the bitter. Anyway time is a precious one. You can never undo time.


Dearself, im sorry for:
-Not eating healthy food thus your fat is high
-Not exercise regularly
-Not study well thus failed exam ☹
-Spending money on something not important thus your saving money far from your target 🤯
-Not finding your another half but this one is okay
-Spiritually further from your target and this one you should find any way to reach the goal next year
And list go on. So many wrongdoings. But above are the carry out from last year hence need stat audit so that will not be repeated next year. 

Any way thank you dear for the good job that you did this year.
-Finished HOship and never give up
-Being home almost every week once or twice
-Spending on nice food, place to stay, clothes, and list go on when you were stress. Tho it will cause stress later on sbb budget lari🙄
-Try hard not tinggal solat and baca Quran tho not achieve target ☹
-Try your best to keep in touch with your love one ❤
-Having waterfall hunter
And many unlisted things

So my resolution: start today
-Eat healthy food. Wajib ada sayur in a day even seketul timun. Fast food once per months. Makan kedai2 mahal 4x per month. Boleh carry forward.
-Exercise regularly. At least 30min x3 per week. Paling susah bawa sports suit to your workplace then singgah taman tg anis utk jogging.
-Read at least 30min per day
-solat tahajud+taubat at least x1 per week
-solat dhuha at least x1 per week
-solat hajat + witir everyday
-selawat + zikir every friday
-quran at least 1 page per day
-1 hadis per week
-sedekah rm1 per day
-ilmu agama you tube/masjid once per week

I know its difficult but please be strong dearself. Disiplin and istiqamah ye

Hidup ini bagai mimpi

Hello. Lama dah tak bercerita.

Completed my HO about 3 weeks. My last HO rotation is ETD and surprisingly i enjoy my time there.  I chose nephro as my 1st choice, ETD my 2nd choice and paediatrics. I don't know its lucky or not but i got paeds.

Before report duty in paeds department, i have to complete my attachment in forensic department. Supposed to be 1 week but fathihah and me appeal to extend another week there. Seronok di sana. Tiada bebanan. Seen few cases of post mortem and oscc.

Then went to paeds department. Report duty as floating MO. Sedih sangat rasa. Rasa mcm houseman je. Even buat kerja houseman. Hmm. I dont know sedih ke tak sebenarnyaa

Anyway need support system from family and friend. Rasa bodoh lagii 😭😭

Ni ubat dan penawar di paeds. Baby yang comel. Tp sedih sbb kena poke mereka

WE

While scrolling back this site, i notice almost all of my post about happy moment in my life. Why dont i put those sad tearful story here?

I dont know why i feel so sad and happy at the same time. I dont know why sometimes my tears just about to burst.  I hate all those mixed feeling. Sometimes i think im not really sane. Not sometimes. Most of the time maybe.

Anyway now my keyword is whatever or i dont care.

But deep down in my heart, it hurt.

Last night i was incharge ward and RZ. With supercool Dr amalina. I just clerked 2 cases last night. 1 DF with plasma leakage. Hct keep increasing. But fluid accumulate make ascites and pleural effusion. Very young. 50+ with no comorbid. Sad to see her relative reaction.

Apo 2ry to accelerated hpt due to missed medication n non compliance to ROF.

ETD3

Last night 2nd to 3rd nov, got oncall with awesome drs. Dr fatimah, aiman majdi, zulkhairi and hanum. My collegue include me, faizuddin and afiq azri.

Evening drs are dr mila, dr gan amd few other. Not remember sho. Hahaha.

So last night i have to clerk about 7 pts. D/w dr gan, that pt stranded till morning. Pity her dx cap with type 1 resp failure and uti. D/w dr mila inferior MI with RV infarct post metalase not perfused killip 1, able to masuk ward.

Then continue dgn night MO 2 trauma cases. 1 case d/w dr fatimah, resolved cc with multiple abrasion wound-discharged. Another case d/w dr aiman CC with retrograde amnesia +laceration wound of upper lip- refer dental and surgery, admit surgery.

1 case acute dyspepsia with dgenerative spine disease, d/w dr aiman-discharge. Another case PUD d/w dr aiman, admit obs ward. 1 case acute pharyngitis, initial HR 130+ post 1 pint ivd, 90+-discharged.

Actually rasa mcm ada 1 lg. Tp lupa case apa. D/w dr aiman. Anyway. Really enjoy last night shift. Misi2 pun osemmm jugak.

Being in ED able to witness drama of life. Last night there is 1 pt c/b dr gan. I think she got gila isim. Heard her shout mcm2. Sometimes curse. Sometime hadis nabi. Somethime just shouting. Pity her. Still young. May Allah give her cure.

Then i witness happiness from pt. Got NVP, booking not done yet. Do TAS, noted 2 fetal poles with their heartbeat. Admit to gynae ward for observation.

My pt having post stroke spasticity ul and ll, came with abd pain. Done ogds in 2016 with finding of hiatus hernia with gastritis. Wifey worried her husband got ca. H/o visit to district hospital almost weekly. Me like 🙄
What ever laa. Nnt specialist counsel them in the ward. Hahaha. Jahat dop aku.

Mindful gym course

Today i attended mindful gym course. Malas sebenarnya nak menulis. But its very beneficial. Maka aku gagahkan jua utk menulis. Lol.

Definition of stress
Tension arise from changes, challanges and danger.

Usually our body will respond with:
-fight (physical, word, thought)
-flight
-freeze

Dr dewi showed us a very interesting video how a boy frozen after doing some mess and was recorded by his mother.

Mindfullness definition: remembering to pay attention to present moment with kindness, beginners mind and wisdom.

Our mind can be trained to be mindful using few tool in order to confront stress situation.

Mindful tools
1. Mindful stretching to deviate stress and feel physical tension and relaxation
-squeeze lemon

-push up ceiling
-tortoise
-tell aaaah
-tell eeeeh
-tell oooh
-toes grip handkerchief
-toes to shin
-toes touch the wall

2. Mindful breathing
Feels the breathing, the best is abdominal breathing. In from nose, out from mouth

Pause a moment. Take deep breath. Closed eye. Focus on what you hear. Touch or tap yoir shoulder, hand. See around. Look at beauty in something you tak perasan before.

5. Mindful communication
Be a good listener. Use miyaow?

ETDstories

In Ed ni, i saw a lot of cases. Interesting one. Disgusting. Annoying. Frustrating. And so on laa.
.
Yesterday i was oncall in green zone. There was 1 man, quite young 50+ NKMI, bp on higher side, GM 18 ketone 0.7 other vs stable, ECG stable. At 2ry triage, they labelled him having epigastric pain + vomiting. I called pt. He was coming with wheelchair, looked very lethargy, unable to sit up properly and closed his eye. 
M: pak cik mari ni sakit perut ko?
P: dok sakit perut, pak cik pening. Dgn muntah *asnwer with lethargic voice and still close his eyes. 
M: cer pok cik tengok sini smeta nk tanya soalan
P: *try his best to open eye. Tok leh pening lajok ni *close back his eyes

Gave him stemetil, reassess back after 1/2H. Condition not improved. Do thorough neurology examination, impaired few cerebellar sign. So uptriaged pt to YZ. Request CT brain urgent. Granted. Dr aiman pun pelik how this pt was triaged to GZ. Later on i asked my friend, yes that pt has right cerebellar infarct.

Another case from GZ yesterday, interesting one also. 67 yo malay lady, has DM n HPT. Triaged as fall. 
Me: ghano mari mokcik
Mc: letih. Pahtu td mok kebas semua sekeliling mulut n lidah. Tak leh nk kecek. Mok cik sero keno stroke.
Me: ada peluh2
Mc: ado ado
Me: td gini ko? Napok po segar. Muka x senget. Kecek lancar. Td ada senget ko muko?
Mc: habis dh air sekotok ngan roti. Rasa segar pulop
Relative: tu la td dok gini. Dokleh kecek. Tp x dok senget
Me🤦‍♀️
They worried too much. Padahal sempat je pergi KK dahulu. Assess sana if indicated they will refer here. Anyhow mak cik so chumell.

27/28 oct 2019
Last night, i was on night shift at GZ with dr zulkhairi. Nasib baik he is cool and daebak. Case came like waterflow initially strong current and towards the end flow become slower. But it non stop. From 8pm-7.30am i was like zombie dah.

And at 5 dr hanif called from RZ. Asking which pt still pending. He willingly discharged pt from system. What an OCD kinda person he is. Hahaha. Pantang see many pt in the system. I answered his phone call. He said my voice is too sleepy and i was like. Yeahh mmg i sleepy punn 😪

Before going home he was like izzah you looked terribly sleepy. And i was like. No i'm not now dr. Mocking me said i saw too many cases. I was so speechless seeing his happy face. Sbb biasanya dia bukan jenis tegur orang especially aku laa. And still i cant make up with kak fatin. But idc. Hahaha!

Last night i saw variety cases. Paeds mostly, gynae-this i one i will share later, surgery and suprisingly 3 psy cases and non emergency case like dyspepsia/constipation colic.

Haa yang gynae tu kes NVP, PUQE 12-moderate. Then i refer this case to gynae oncall, dr tarmizi
M: dr, saya izzah from GZ. Nk refer 1 case
BM: mg nk refer gapo zah?
M: NVP moderate- PUQE 12 laa. Tp x buka buku lg laa
BM: mg confirm gano dia pregnant?
M: sy buat UPT +ve. Pastu dia dh scan...
BM: mg x scan ko zah. Gano aku ajar mg ni? Kae jgn percaya finding org. Pastu gano mg tau tu intrauterine. Kan PUL ke?
M: nmpk iugs masa dia scan kt private
BM: heh mg ni kan. Aku oyak dh jgn percaya finding org lain. Scan dulu. Oyak smula

Then i bring pt to YZ for TAS 😭
Fortunately can see FH, show it to mother.
Me very happy. Tq Bos Miji. Aku mmg malas nk scan sebenarnya. Sbb sokmo kabur2 jah nampak. But last night alhamdulillah, god ease everything. Thank you ya Allah!

Next will be with other person dah laa oncall. Please help me God.

MyETD2

Heyyo.

Few days ago, i'm having night shift togegher with pia, idin, alif akmal and fadzil Z. I came to hospital as usual. Taking passover from evening people. My friend from ortho said, people in YZ tonight are insan2 terpilih. Me like ???. Why. She said wait till night MO come. I already knew MO incharge that night are dr hanif, dr red, pok jak and dr arif. Dr hanif came early. His shift should be at 10 but at 9.30 pm he already came and clerked NC 🤧 (but he dont want us to d/w him saying his shift not start yet.hahaha)

Then i msg la back my friend what did she meant by insan terpilih tu. And here her reply

I don't think dr hanif choose me. It just coincident je i think. This is my second time night shift with him in YZ. I think if he choose me, it will be in RZ laa. Baru best. Hahaha.

And last time in YZ he taught me about hanif maneuver. Hahaha. There was young lady, having 'severe headache' and i thought GCS 3 dah budak ni. Coz not respond to pain stimulation at all. Dr hanif told me, this kind of pt you should clerk at 2 or 3 am. He told me 'i will not attend her of her relatives are nearby'. So i asked her relative to go out. Tadaa he did hanif maneuver and told me either use this technique or give her lasix banyak2. She will wake up either one. I could say this pt traumatized with that technique by her action- dont want to be left alone. Lol. Hahaha.

This night shift, i can see his true colour. And its shock me 😲 

I dont want to mention it here. But seriously i have to be competent if i want to bring my islamic figure as i dont want to be the reason people downgrade my islamic figure due to my incompetency.

Myetd1

Lama x menulis. Nak tulis tapi tak tau nak tulis pasal apa. Hahaha. Basically almost 2 months in ED department. Melalui segala suka duka di sini. EP all are daebak! MO pun just few exception. Overall in top 3 list. Eh top 2. Sbb yg best paeds n here. But not sure which one plg best.

Anyway in ED ni you are frontliner. Tak kira which zone you jaga. Green zone mostly pt stable but still need to pick up any  warning sign. Can he still under green or actually need to uptriage to yfllow or red. Same goes to yellow.

Actually you will learn a lot in RZ. Management of acute condition. Pt with cheat pain and ST up or come with fitting. Severe lung condition.

Well still long way. Eh actually halfway dah. May Allah ease!

Raya 2019 dan solusi

Ramadhan berlalu. Rasa kerugian yang amat besar. Solat sunat ke mana. Quran entah ke mana. Sedekah pun tak istiqamah. Sedar-sedar ramadhan dah habis. Lalu terdetik di hati. Begini ke perasaan orang mati. Merayu kepada Tuhan untuk kembali ke bumi to do good deeds.

Syawal tiba. Disambut dengan gembira biarpun ibadat tidak begitu hebat. Thanks Allah and my collegues for giving me chance to make solat sunat hari raya.

1st eid we went to kuala terengganu. Meeting most of my maternal side relative. Then my siblings asked to go to drawbridge. But its raining heavily. Just passing by and make u-turn.

2nd till 4th raya, celebrated at hospital + one open house + 1 kenduri khawin

2nd raya, early in the morning need to help dr ameerah at LR. Brought survanta but she got many2 referral. Initially just do manual bagging but this baby had deep recession and specialist saw this patient decided to tube and instilled survanta



3rd raya. No special cerita. Just new case berjebak. Especially nnj. Clerked 2 pt need IP. Got 1 case et level but escaped after started ip.



4th raya jaga room 1 aka acute beds. Alhamdulillah all babies are stable. So i decided to take break for 1 hour and attended kenduri kawen hanis and amin. Then when i went back, need to intubate 1 baby. Already saw 3 or 4 intubation yet still not confident to do it myself. Please pray for me. But i got to instill survanta je laa. Alhamdulillah and thanks to dr tan soo hong.

Solusi raya tahun ni: 1 bulan before raya need to start to do list in ramadhan.
◻ recite quran at least 1/2 to 1 juzu
◻ solat sunat (dhuha/ tahajjud/ hajat/ terawih - everyday, tasbih at least once a week or month + max qobliah/ba'diyah)
◻ sedeqah

PICU

Yesterday I was incharge in PICU. My first time. With my collegue. Also his first time. Not really familiar with the place and working flow here. Both of us doing morning round. PICU aka chronic patient. Means that its really challenging to do thorough fast round and its your first time seeing those patient. Sadly enough me, my collegue and my MO was scolded by specialist. Yeah! Really sad 😭

Period in Ramadhan is a blessing

Periods and Ramadan 😥

Some activities for my sisters who're having menstruation in Ramadan. hope it benefits you -

1.First of all - say Alhamdulillah, instead of saying damn period for it's blessing bcz you're getting reward every single moment for obeying Allah's order by not keeping fast.

2. Start everything with 'Bismillah'

3. Memorise 99 names of Allah.

4. You may feel upset for being unable to read Qur'an but read surah Ikhlas - it's equivalent to one-third of the Qur’aan. If you recite 3 times at once, it'll be equal to completing whole Qur'an. read 21 times, if can read more then ما شاء الله‎.

5. Do lots of dhikir & send lots of durood upon  Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

6. Do istigfar - Astagfirullah!

7. Memorise short duas with meaning [Broken Verses]

8. Read hadiths.

9. Listen to Quran-Tafseer or Islamic lectures.

10. Read Qur'an's translation in your mother-tongue.

11. Read Biography of Prophet Muhammad Sallahu Alaihiwasallam.

12. Story of Ummul Muminin & Female Sahabiyaat or Sahaba e kiraam.

13. Give dawah to sisters at home or outside at school/college & share ilm about islam with them.

14. Refrain from gibah & namimah for it will take all your good deeds.

15. Learn the sunnah's of Prophet & revive it.
i.e : give salam to younger one.

16. Teach your siblings how to do wudhu, perform salah including Taraweeh with new new duas & teach them the proper way to wear hijab.

17. Tell the kids to keep fast if they are almost 10 years old or up to that {Guide them to obey the order of Allah}

18. Encourage them to do good to others, teach them good manners & politeness.

19. Cook food for the fasting people or help your mother to cook food or set the table for iftaar.

20. Give on charity i.e :
even if it's a smile or an act of kindness.

21. Call everyone for having sehri.

22. Make Niyyah to please Allah in everything you do & good deeds are added in your book of deeds.

23. Tag your sisters who can benifit from this post....Prophet ﷺ said: "The one who guides to something good has a reward similar to the one doing it" (Muslim).

In Ramadan Good Deeds Multiplies 70 Times , سُـبْـحَـانَ ٱلله, don't miss golden chance to be rewarded.

healthy is wealth

Health is wealth. I strongly believe  with this statement. Recently i took blood to screen myself. I was shocked with the result of my cholesterol. I didn't gain much weight but I had unhealthy lifestyle after graduating. I seldomly exercise, always eating fastfood, junkfood and late night meals, less vegie and fruit in my diet.

Then i came with the solution that I found from other website. I should do this!

1. Eat heart-healthy foods

A few changes in your diet can reduce cholesterol and improve your heart health:
  • Reduce saturated fats. Saturated fats, found primarily in red meat and full-fat dairy products, raise your total cholesterol. Decreasing your consumption of saturated fats can reduce your low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol — the "bad" cholesterol.
  • Eliminate trans fats. Trans fats, sometimes listed on food labels as "partially hydrogenated vegetable oil," are often used in margarines and store-bought cookies, crackers and cakes. Trans fats raise overall cholesterol levels. The Food and Drug Administration has banned the use of partially hydrogenated vegetable oils by Jan. 1, 2021.
  • Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids don't affect LDL cholesterol. But they have other heart-healthy benefits, including reducing blood pressure. Foods with omega-3 fatty acids include salmon, mackerel, herring, walnuts and flaxseeds.
  • Increase soluble fiber. Soluble fiber can reduce the absorption of cholesterol into your bloodstream. Soluble fiber is found in such foods as oatmeal, kidney beans, Brussels sprouts, apples and pears.
  • Add whey protein. Whey protein, which is found in dairy products, may account for many of the health benefits attributed to dairy. Studies have shown that whey protein given as a supplement lowers both LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol as well as blood pressure.

2. Exercise on most days of the week and increase your physical activity

Exercise can improve cholesterol. Moderate physical activity can help raise high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, the "good" cholesterol. With your doctor's OK, work up to at least 30 minutes of exercise five times a week or vigorous aerobic activity for 20 minutes three times a week.
Adding physical activity, even in short intervals several times a day, can help you begin to lose weight. Consider:
  • Taking a brisk daily walk during your lunch hour
  • Riding your bike to work
  • Playing a favorite sport

3. Mental health

  • Get enough sleep dailyCDC recommends the following by age group (naps inclusive); 12-18 hours from birth to 2 months, 14-15 hours from 3-11 months of age, 12-18 hours for 1-3 years of age, 11-13 hours for 3-5 years of age, 10-11 hours for 5-10 years of age, eight and a half to nine and a half hours for 10-17 years of age and those 18 and above need seven to nine hours of sleep. Elderly people need about seven to nine hours but do not sleep as deeply and may awaken at night or wake early, so naps (like kids need) allow them to accumulate the total of seven to nine hours of sleep.
  • Take a walk and reflect on what you see and hear at least several times per week.
  • Try something new and often (eat a new food, try a different route to work, go to a new museum display).
  • Do some mind exercises (read, do a puzzle occasionally during the week).
  • Try to focus on a process intensely and complete a segment of it over one to several hours, then take a break and do something relaxing (walk, exercise, short nap).
  • Plan to spend some time talking with other people about different subjects.
  • Try to make some leisure time to do some things that interest you every week (hobby, sport).
  • Learn ways to say "no" when something occurs that you do not want to do or be involved with.
  • Have fun (go on a trip with someone you love, go shopping, go fishing; do not let vacation time slip away).
  • Let yourself be pleased with your achievements, both big and small (develop contentment).
  • Have a network of friends; those with strong social support systems lead healthier lives.
  • Seek help and advice early if you feel depressed, have suicidal thoughts, or consider harming yourself or others.
  • Avoidance behavior is another key to healthy living

RAMADHAN MADRASAH HATI

Alhamdulillah. Berpeluang sekali lagi menikmati madrasah Ramadhan. Ramadhan. Tetap datang walau tidak diundang, akan pergi biarpun dihalang.

Maka persiapan apa yang telah kau lakukan untuk Ramadhan kali ini? Kerana esok belum tentu kamu bernyawa duhai diri.

Solat. Bak kata Allayarham ustaz Hassan din, solat itu umpama akaun. Tidak berguna kebajikan lain jika tidak solat. Apa yang membezakan muslim dan non muslim adalah solat. Jaga kualiti solat. Ingat tahap ketenangan yang kamu mahukan bergantung kepada solatmu.

Puasa. Ramadhan sinonim dengan puasa. Apa erti puasa? Menahan diri daripada melakukan perbuatan yang membatalkan puasa mulai terbit hingga terbenam sang matahari. Puasa melibatkan puasa zahir dan puasa batin. Ramai berjaya puasa zahir. Namun berapa kerat yang berjaya puasa batin. Menahan lidah dari mengumpat dan mencela. Menahan hati daripada sifat-sifat mazmum. Menahan mata daripada melihat perkara yang melalaikan dan merosakkan pahala. Menahan telinga daripada mendengar umpatan dan kejian. Janganlah kempis pahala puasa disebabkan oleh nafsu serakahmu.

Zakat. Fitrah adalah wajib. Harta pula bergantung kepada keinginanmu. Sejauh mana kamu mahu menyucikan hartamu.

Sedekah. Hartamu yang hakiki adalah yang engkau makan dan yang disedekahkan kepada yang memerlukannya. Sedekah juka kunci pintu rezeki. Yakin dengan janji Allah.

Membaca al-Quran. Inilah peluang untuk memperbanyakkan bacaan al-Quran. Bulan lain kamu begitu sibuk. Maka ambil dan rebutlah peluang mencuri masa dan meluangkannya untuk membaca dan lebih baik lagi mentadabbur al-Quran.

Zikir dan selawat. Hati yang hidup adalah yang sentiasa mengingati kepada Allah dan rasulNya.

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ

Baby2 i'm sorry 2-1st intubation experience

Hai, baby2 i yang comel2. Tlg jangan sakit yee..

Another oncall 'best' last night. Being in charge in active ward, need to clerk new case.

Arrived at 2000H. Noted 2 new cases. Alright! Because 2 Ho incharge in active ward. So i clerked that AGE case. Then noted specialist was doing round. But still not finished clerk. So just continue clerking that case. After that i follow the round. Baru follow sikit and then noted another case admitted to other ward. My partner was writing specialist review. By hook and by crook, i have to go and clerk that case laa. So just clerk that case. I labelled as bronchiolitis. My lungs finding was clear. So my sp ask on what justification did i put bronchiolitis? Hahaha. I said because of prolonged PEP in ED. She changed to viral URTI

Finished specialist round, got sooooo many blood c+s and branulla required. Sero nk jerik tiok. With pt refuse iv line insertion, padahal baru bagi iv abx 1 dose. Finished do all those at 0145H. Then solat isya and planned to take nap jap. Tak sempat solat dah dipanggil clerk another new case. 2 cases at the same time. My friend clerk 1 and i took 1. My case is simple febrile fit only. Hearing my collegue discuss his case with my collegue regarding his case, i just ignore it as i want to finished clerking as soon possible.

Then while giving neb to my friend's pt, noted worsening of grunting. I was distracted and couldn't continue my clerking. So i went near him and ask the condition of pt. Lucky enough my friend is my senior, that taught me during my 1st posting in surgery. So of course laa i trust him.

He tried to call MO oncall but claimed rejected. So after i update new case, immediately i called her. Alhamdulillah she answered my call. Update progress pt, then few minutes later she came. Decided for intubation. Prepare intubation set-ETT size 4, laryngoscope size 0 and 1, face mask, ambu bag, drugs- midazolam and morphine. Mida dilution 1mg in 1ml. Monitor baby's vital sign, then give 1mg midazolam, our poor 3mo baby girl safely intubated.

First time seeing baby being intubated since i enter paeds department. Next time i will ask permission to do procedure myself laa. Bagging him till 0515H, then was called and transferred to PICU. Bagging paeds x penat like bagging adult.

After taking blood CM, went to kopitiam sri cemerlang with my ON team mates. Talking for hours. Aku ni dahla mengantuk. Rasa nk letak je bantal baring kat situ. Hahaha. X dpt tidur a blink pun. EVEN A BLINK.

Balik rumah syahid. Bangun solat zohor pun kul 4. Nyawa2 ikan sempat 😋😄😅

Drama 4

Happy eid!
I supposed to have oncall at labour room on 1st eid. My friend, alif change the day of oncall with him and its oncall31. Omg. I hate ot very much.  Then yesterday morning, i do am review of threatened preterm labour patient. Then my friend asked me to go to ot since her oncall time have ended. Just realize leader doesnt put mott incharge. Omg. I was like, so will freeze in ot 24 hours. Redha je laa.

So i went in for the first case, 3rd degree tear. And the rest i dah forgot. More than 5 months already mehh

Whoaa... i didnt write for quiet time. How time flies. Finished ortho alhamdulillah. Currently in paeds department. So maaanyyyyy story to tell here. But not really rajin to write. Hahaha. Will write later when im rajin. Okay... just nk bagi tau almost 3 weeks here. And oncall x3 all active ward 🤧

Orstory 3

Assalamualaikum and hi!

Last night i was onduty. Incharge ward. For the first time! It was like whoaaa. Palpitation meh. I dint like incharge ward actually. Berdebar. Because that ward is under your responsibility if anything happen. I pray a lot before going to work. May all patient stable.

And alhamdulillah, while doing oncall review patient at acute bed, all seems like stable. And yes all are stable until sunrise. And we went to mcD drive thru siap. Able to sleep cozily untill 5 then went to ward for blood cm taking. Alhamdulillah. Then having nice brunch with najwa at sushi king. Her treat pulak tu. So nice 😍

Actually not learn a lot laa last night. Hahaaha🤣
