Adaptation adjustment period took few months back then. From hospital to clinic. Indeed i entered my comfort zone. Initially i was keen to study and learn anything. Lazziness then took place. .ake me so lazy to read and study.
Working at klinik kesihatan and having chance to rotate all OPD, NCD and MCH really give me great experience and exposure. Thank goodness now i know basic anc scan. Me feel so proud.
Everyone also has to rotate in sampling either ili or health care sampling. So basically i had taken sample few times with gowning and doffing experience.
Few months back on hari raya ketiga, i had a dreadful experience handling 1 case. Young teenage girl come to our clinic p/w nausea + vomiting for past 1/12 a/w minimal abd pain. No other family member with similar presentation. Lmp usod. She is oku card holder for slow learner. She didn't talk at all. All complaints was explained by her sister. Though she looks well i mean not lethargy. So i suspect she got uti. I ordered ufeme and due to abd pain, i want tro ectopic even though she denied si (oku slow learner, not really believe her word actually). As expected leu 2+ but shockingly upt come out positive. Still couldn't believe the result, i did tas. Tadaaa iugs seen with fetal heart, estimated 8w pregnancy. Menggigil tangan. Asking again si history. Strongly denied any si. I asked my collegue's hand. And she break the news to the sister. Her sister burst into tears with anger telling her to admit and inform who is the partner. We gave them time to cool down and talk to each other and the answer really break my heart 💔💔💔-tp confidential to mention the culprit here. So need to file police report and refer oscc. Actually this one affected many people, thank you very much for helping me. And i heard o+g decide TOP for this patient. Almost 1 week depress over this case.
Also having chance to remove and insert iucd. Priceless experiece because successful in 1 attempt. My luck got nice uterus position.
